Service guarantees

All our parts have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to parts that have been purchased in one of our distributors' stores or through our website. Please note the following:

 

• You must present the receipt of your purchase and it cannot have exceeded the 3-month validity period that applies to guarantees.

• Damage must not be due to improper use, accidents or natural deterioration of materials.

• The piece cannot have been modified or altered by a third party.

 To resolve any warranty, write to us at info@luisalopezjewelry.com. In the subject line you put “guarantee (and your name)”. It is important that you send us photos of the product or invoice number, we will contact you within the next 2 business days to tell you what steps to follow.
